Approximately 350 staff attended the training which focused on how to implement a therapeutic approach, to the behaviour management systems in our primary schools. Angela Wadham from Therapeutic Thinking Ltd delivered excellent and inspiring training which encouraged staff to consider how they can ensure that every young person is given an equality of opportunity to develop socially, to learn and to enjoy community life.

Thank you to Brooke Weston Academy for the use of their large theatre space to accommodate us all and to our wonderful catering team for providing lunch for everyone.
