The message was distributed to the 1,000 teaching and support and staff across our ten schools and it acknowledged the huge contribution that they make daily.

Dr Campbell told them: ‘Whether your job is a “front line” role in the classroom teaching children, or as a vital part of the support services all schools need to function, what I am astounded by is the deep and real pride so many people take from a job well done and from the impact they are having on the lives of our young people.

At the heart of the BWT family there is just one question: “Is this good enough for my own child?”, When every adult in our family can think about what they do in school daily and answer “Yes, without doubt this is”, then we are really delivering Ambition for All.
