Students, staff and parents joined together at Peckover Primary School to make and sell craft items for their Ambition for All month, raising over £250.
Parents came in to work with students on different Easter themed items which were sold at the end of the day. A total of £100 was donated to a Brooke Weston Trust colleague, Nicole Andrews, at Compass Primary Academy in Kettering as she was running the London Marathon and raising money for Child Bereavement UK.
Principal Carrie Norman said: ‘It was a super event with more than 100 parents joining us to work with their children and it was a great way to celebrate our Ambition for All month in April. Thanks to everyone who created some lovely items and also to those who gave so generously at our sale. I’m delighted that we could support our colleague and, in turn, this amazing charity.’
