We were delighted to welcome Cathie Paine to speak at the Leadership Academy on 25^th March. Cathie is the CEO of Reach2 Academy Trust which is the largest Primary MAT in the country. Cathie inspired her audience by speaking about her amazing leadership journey and the beliefs that drive her forward. She talked about the five values that shape her leadership style and influence her thinking on a day-to-day basis. These were: Creativity, Vulnerability, Authenticity, Humility and Intentionality.

Cathie works tirelessly to ensure that all sixty-two schools in Reach2 are Good or better, and she spoke passionately about her “North Star” guiding principle of “every school is a great school”. She likes to make her leadership “personal” and this is reflected in her desire to ensure that all the schools are good enough for her own children and grandchildren.
